what are the chances our baby could get diabetes?
My boyfriend got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes 3 days before our daughter was born, 3 months later I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I am really worried for our 8 month old baby girl. We are going to watch her carb intake as she gets older but wanted to know what the chances were for her getting it are.
could i have diabetes? as a child? srsly scared?
i feel normal.
i have this red/purple barely noticable line on my neck ( doesnt hurt)
i’ve got my heart beat checked ( normal)
i’ve been drinking more water towards the night more often
using the bathroom a BIT more often (maybe because i’ve been drinking more water?)
a LITTLE bit of chest pain when breathing.
nothing else
i’m 13. could i have diabetes?….i’m seriously terrified!
plus i wear glasses/contacts.
we had health checks in school a month ago ( everything, plus urine tests)
my result came up normal and perfect. but i just randomly decided to google the symptoms of diabetes. and after seeing all them, i felt terrified because i had SOME of the symptoms ( that i listed above)
please help me! please don’t just post info from other sites. please give me your honest opinion.
What could cause these symptoms in a child other than diabetes?
clammy skin
sweating
acting out
They go away after he has a snack or meal. The doctors have tested several times for diabetes but all the tests have come up negative.

if you eat to much sugar while preg could you give your baby diabetes?

if the mom eats a lot of sugar and daily can that affect the baby in the long run possible diabetes?
